Provider Agreement

Providers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.

The Company provides advertising and listing placement only.

Any fees paid to the Company are solely for advertising and profile placement.

The Company does not process service payments, take commissions, or participate in offline transactions.

You warrant you are at least 18 years old.

You warrant all persons depicted are at least 18 years old.

You agree to submit ID verification before your listing becomes active.

You may not upload explicit nudity, pornography, visible genitalia, or prohibited content.

You warrant you own or have rights to all uploaded images and text.

You are solely responsible for your conduct, communications, safety decisions, and compliance with South African law.

The Company is not responsible for any offline interaction between you and Users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims arising from your content, conduct, services, or violations of law.

We may remove your listing or terminate your account at any time at our sole discretion.
