LUVR.CO.ZA

Anti-Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

Last updated: 11 February 2026

At luvr.co.za, we have zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse. This policy outlines our standards and reporting procedures.

1) Zero Tolerance Commitment

luvr.co.za strictly prohibits human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse, or any activity involving the control of one person by another.

We do not allow listings that involve forced participation, threats, manipulation, or third-party control.

Any suspected trafficking-related activity will result in immediate action, including suspension and potential reporting to authorities.

2) Advertising-Only Platform

luvr.co.za operates solely as an advertising directory.

We do not arrange meetings, provide messaging systems, or process payments between Users and Providers.

All Providers are independent individuals responsible for their own listings and conduct.

3) Provider Verification

Providers may be required to complete age and identity verification before a listing is published.

Verification is used to reduce risk of impersonation, exploitation, and unlawful activity.

Verification does not guarantee identity or eliminate all risks, but is part of our harm-reduction approach.

4) Prohibited Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Forced or coerced participation in any listing

• Third-party control of an individual's account without consent

• Withholding identification documents

• Threats, intimidation, or debt bondage

• Listings involving minors or individuals under 18

• Any activity that violates South African law

5) Red Flags We Monitor

We may review listings and accounts for indicators of exploitation, including:

• Multiple listings controlled by the same third party

• Inconsistent identity information

• Reports from users alleging coercion or abuse

• Refusal or inability to complete identity verification

6) Reporting Suspected Exploitation

If you suspect exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or involvement of a minor, please report it immediately.

Reports can be submitted to: info@luvr.co.za

Please include the listing URL and any relevant details.

7) Cooperation with Authorities

Where appropriate and legally required, we may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests from South African authorities.

We may suspend or remove listings while investigating safety concerns.

8) Commitment to Ongoing Review

We continuously review our policies and moderation practices to reduce harm and prevent exploitation.

Users and Providers are encouraged to report concerns promptly.
